MLC 2006 amendments 2022 updated by NSI
The Netherlands Shipping Inspectorate has published a statement with regards to the MLC amendments of 2022.
The MLC 2022 amendments do not require a renewal of the DMLC Part I. The Netherlands has already incorporated the amendments into its national legislation, and the same references still apply. Refer to the ‘Appendix – MLC amendments of 2022’ for details. The MLC amendments 2018 have not yet been incorporated into the Netherlands’ national legislation.
Rood Boven Groen has also incorporated this information in the Flag Specific Information for the Dutch flag in the MLC 2006 Document Generator, in which a customized DMLC Part II can be compiled. We continue to monitor adjustments for other flag states.
