Medical Affairs – update appendix 5 Regulations Safety Seagoing Vessel

In addition to several changes to the abbreviations used, the requirements for first aid kits in lifeboats, life rafts, and rescue boats are also described. Furthermore, the requirements for medical equipment on Special-Purpose vessels and Industrial Personnel vessels are explained.
