Changes to IAMSAR manual from January 1, 2026

According to SOLAS Regulation V/21, all ships are required to carry a current version of the International Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue (IAMSAR) Manual Part III. As stated in MSC-MEPC.2/Circ.2, the IAMSAR Manual Part III must always be available in printed form, as it is required for use in emergencies (take it on board the raft). Ensure that the updated IAMSAR Manual Part III is placed on board your ships in printed form by January 1, 2026.
