Deadlines for submitting 2025 shipping emissions data approaching

Submission Deadlines  (Application Infographic)
FuelEU

• January 31, 2026 – The ship-specific FuelEU report must be submitted to your accredited verifier.
• March 31, 2026 – The ship-specific FuelEU report must be verified.
• April 30, 2026 – The FuelEU report data must be marked as verified in THETIS by your accredited verifier.

EU MRV

• March 31, 2026 – Ship- and company-level emissions data must be submitted to the THETIS platform and marked as verified by an accredited verifier.

EU ETS

• March 31, 2026 – Verified company-level emissions data (reported in THETIS under EU MRV) must be entered into the EU registry by a regulated entity.

UK MRV

• March 31, 2026 – Annual emissions data must be submitted to the verifier.
• April 30, 2026 – Data must be verified by an accredited verifier. IMO DCS & CII
• May 31, 2026 – Annual emissions data must be verified, and a declaration of conformity must be issued on behalf of the government.
• June 30, 2026 – Submission of verified data to the IMO GISIS platforms on behalf of the government by the verifier.
