This updated (valid as of 27 Jan 2023) document contains questions and answers related to various aspects of the application of MARPOL Annex VI, regulation 23 in relation to the Energy Efficiency eXisting ship Index (EEXI) achieved; regulation 25 concerning the ‘mandatory EEXI’; and regulation 28 regarding the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII).
