Our STCW Training Company Dashboard – continuous improvement

Since its launch last spring, our STCW-Training Company Dashboard has been further refined based on practical experience and customer feedback. After six months of use, the system is working well and makes managing STCW training simpler and more efficient.

Through the training dashboard, crewing departments and maritime crewing agencies can issue login codes to crew members whenever needed. Crew members can then start their online training whenever it suits them. The dashboard also provides a central overview of training progress.

Developed by seafarers, for seafarers. Thanks to our close connection with the maritime industry, both our STCW safety and security training courses and the dashboard are well aligned with the day-to-day realities and needs of the sector. We continuously work to develop and update our training courses, while further improving the dashboard, with the aim of continuously enhancing content, usability and efficiency.
