We are proud to present you our new STCW-Training Company Dashboard, a dedicated online environment specially developed for maritime companies working with our STCW Safety and Security online training courses. As provider of approved online STCW-training courses, Rood Boven Groen continuously looks for ways to make online STCW-training easier, faster and more efficient.
With this dashboard, everyone can organize and manage the STCW-training courses for crew members in one centralized and user-friendly system. Unlike many standard Learning Management Systems, our dashboard has been specifically designed around the operational workflow of shipping companies. You can directly distribute your own training login codes to crew members instantly and whenever needed, without administrative delays or complex integrations.
Directly assign login-codes
The dashboard replaces spreadsheets, separate email communication, and manual administration with one clear online overview. From your own company dashboard, you can easily assign login codes, monitor training progress in real time, and maintain full oversight of all online STCW-training activities within your organization.
When crew members complete their training fully online and at their own pace and time, their progress is automatically saved, allowing them to continue the course whenever it suits their schedule. This creates a flexible learning experience for crew members while giving your company a clear overview of who has started, who is in progress, and who has successfully completed the training.
The next development that is already underway is the implementation of an automated STCW ‘certificate-scan download feature’. Soon, users of the dashboard will be able to directly download certificate scans immediately after successful course completion through the dashboard itself, further reducing waiting times and administrative handling. It’s also good to know about our flexible invoicing process. Training courses are invoiced afterwards, only once a participant has successfully completed the training.
