The UN General Assembly specifically called upon all States, international organizations and specialized agencies not to recognize any alternation of the status of Crimea and to refrain from any action or dealing that might be interpreted as recognizing any such altered status. This also refers to the non-recognition of all documents issued by the Russian occupation authorities in these regions, including certificates of competency and identity documents for seafarers.
